the shelter here does not spay/neuter
they give you a $15 off coupon for spay/neuter but then it's up to you to get it done they dont even check up on the dogs to make sure they were fixed

omg!!! That shelter is terrible!!! so that means then you don't really even neuter and spay!!!! you can just breed and start that painful cycle all over again!!!

I don't think you should breed. You have absolutely NO reason to breed Hooch.

Every shelter is different, sadly, on their spay/neuter policy. Lots around this area make you sign an agreement to get it done, but how are they supposed to know whether or not you do? It is up to each person individually to take the responsibility.
