The only place i let Presley off the leash is at the beach. One time when we were at the beach a dog came over and beat the snot out of her. I poiltly said to the owner. That is a pretty nice dog you have there that would beat the crap out of a 4 month old puppy. He just looked at me and i said if i seen him running lose and attacking dogs i would phone the police.
