And then, just for good measure, don't they have some products that encourage cats not to urinate in certain places? You could start off using something like that - I have heard of something called Feliway, but have not had occasion to use it, because we have been very fortunate with our cats, and we have not had this problem - except for one cat who liked to urinate in a bean bag chair (we figured it sounded and felt like litter - so we just got rid of the chair and never had the problem again).
