Right click on the picture you want to post and scroll down to PROPERTIES. Then copy the address URL and paste it into the Reply box. Don't forget to add the [IMG] before the URL and [/ IMG] after it. Or Just click the IMG button and past the address of the picture. Voila! Your picture will appear!
