I believe this kind of thing is called "locking the barn door,etc."

People in Indiana state government have to attend ethics briefings AND
sign a security pledge if they work with sensitive data.This is done from the time the person starts the job, not 5 years into it. Maybe this is just a
refresher course.

Liz, It has to be a refresher course, as all federal employees are required to attend ethics training annually, and if you have a TS or higher clearance you have to get an annual security review. (Amusing little piece of trivia along with that......the only former president to be read off was Jimmy Carter) Read off means you no longer have access to classified material.;

Who needs culture when you can own you own business, make your own hours, set your rates and don't have to worry about your employee going on strike?
