I was just about to post that I was counting the hours until you got your baby home, but I see that she's already there! I'm so glad everything went well and that they let her come home so you can give her extra, special love and attention.
Ask your vet about microchipping. ~ It could have saved Kuhio's life.

Oh Lut, I hope Zazou will recover beautifully. I know it is good to have her home so you can watch her carefully.

    Hugs and prayers.

I am glad to hear she's home and that everything went okay. My Abby went thru the same thing when she had to be spayed TWICE !! Because the 2nd spay was a longer one to figure out what they missed the first time. So she was very groggy for 1-2 days too but she bounced back, and so will Zazou ! So glad she is home

Zazou din't have a very good night. She was trying constantly to get on her feet, but fell back on the floor; she was so helpless . We had to "cage" her in her cat-o-prison, just to protect her from hurting herself!
This morning she was not my usual Zazou. She has been complaining ALL day, following us everywhere, non-stop meowing .
No wonder I ended up with a huge migraine...
Let's hope she is better tomorrow
I miss you enormously Sydney, Maya, Inka & Zazou Be happy there at the Rainbow Bridge

I think she will be. A longer surgery just takes longer to heal. I know you can't help but be a worried meowmie until she does start to feel better. Here's to wishing for a speedy recovery!

I'm glad to hear Zazou's surgery went well. When Fister was sedated, it took about 11 hours for him to get back to normal. If she's on a couch or anywhere up high, make sure to put soft blankets around, so she doesn't hurt herself, she will probably try to jump down.

    Wishing her a speedy recovery!
