I wasn't on the board last year for this, so sorry for the maybe stupid questions:
1)Can anyone signup, even newer people?
    2) I'd like to participate but I can be a little lame in the creativity department, how fancy/creative do people get?

You can sign up. People can get very creative and some buy cards. Do whatever you would like to and feel comfortable with. It's a lot of fun. Just remember, you have to send a card to everyone on the list.

I'm so excited! I went last night and got all kinds of little things on sale. Now I just have to get a Christmas picture of Finn. I'm so glad I get to do the swap this year!!! Yay!

Exactly as Val said - the cards can be store-bought, homemade, fancy or plain - anything! It's just for plain old fun, which for some means being creative, yet other blanche at the thought of glitter - the variety of people and cards is just part of the fun!

Shutterfly is offering 20% off on orders of over $30 (lower percentage on smaller orders) - just wanted to mention in case any of you are planning on ordering your cards from them. The offer expires November 8th

Thanks Kay for my great sig & avatar!!!

I just sent in my information. When do we get the "so far" list with addresses and such? I haven't read this whole thread so forgive me if this has already been explained What a wonderful thing for you to do Val! I'm sure it takes a lot of time but it sure is worth it for the rest of us. I think this will be four years running for me! What a treat!
