If you're just seeing question marks, then your character encoding in your browser probably doesn't support these characters. Refer to my post above where I explain how to do it on Firefox, I believe hte process is similar with IE as wellOriginally Posted by krazyaboutkatz

I tried pressing the Alt key and the 3 on the num lock far right side of my key board. I also then tried it using the plain old 3 and then I tried it using the plus sign in between. Nothing is working.
