Being from Mass. as well, why not pick up "The Bargain Hunter's Guide" at the store? I think the other weekly one is "The Want Ads". I'll bet you'll find plenty of bargains to be had.

You should look in Craigs list. Quite often there are used tanks in there. Or your local paper.
