Zerlina visits the emergency vet

More update:

Zerlina's eye isn't completely back to normal, but it looks a LOT better. She has resumed her race-around-and-wrestle routine with Don Juan.

She hates both the eye ointment and the antibiotic and squeals when I give them to her, even though I explained that she needs to take them until ALL of the bad germs are gone! Who would think an eight-pound cat could be so strong?

I'm sorry to hear that Zerlina's sick but I'm very glad to hear that her eye is improving. Get well soon Zelina and be a good girl and let your meowmie give you your medicine. I'm also glad that you kept the emergency vet that I used on file. I think it's very close to where you live too.

Zerlina managed to "tree" Don Juan during their morning play session.

She still squeals and struggles while I give her her medicine, although I've explained to her that she needs to keep taking it, to make sure that ALL of the bad germs are gone! And, we're going to see nice Dr. J tomorrow afternoon for a follow-up. ( $ $)
