If this dog needs a home then I would hope there wouldn't be breeding rights. She needs to be spayed before placed so that she doesn't have pups that will end up homeless like her.

Can we get more info? Why does she need a new home? Is she housebroken? Obedience trained? Good with kids, cats, other dogs?
