    That probably could be scary,if you are not expecting it,the first few times,or if you are preoccupied,with something else.

    Adorable. Can I come over and play with Buddy please?

    A friend of mine used to have a cat that did this. She would lie on a shelf above the radiator at the bottom of the stairs and swat everone that went by. Make you jump out your skin if you are not expecting it.
