I'm gonna be an "old bag" not much prep work, I'm "dressed" the part 24/7 LOL.... I was Cruella Deville one year that was fun. I also was Mimi from the Drew Carey show.....what a blast, everyone had a huge laugh!!!

Old bag sounds pretty good. I might try that. I like the Mimi idea! I need something without a lot of prep work, we have my neice's b-day party during the day, not mich time in between to get ready. I'm looking forward to it!
