I've never gotten to handle a dog at one but I would just practice stacking your dog very quickly (about 20 seconds the whole process) just enough to keep him ready and relax and have fun!

Your Bellissima looks like the bully version of my Boxer, Tye. They have the same coat color, and similiar markings. She is a real beauty.
