movies you watched today

No, I haven't seen it yet, it should be here tommorow or Thursday. It looked good in the review, glad to have it confirmed.

I haven't watched Boondock Saints yet either, somehow every time I plan to watch it something happens to stop me.

I'm still watching the cancelled TV show, Firefly on dvd. It's so amazing, it sucks that it was cancelled. I've only got about three more episodes to watch. darn it. I'll probably go see Serenity for the third time in the theater here this week or weekend.

I can't believe I've gotten so into it, I haven't gotten this involved in a show in a long time!

You're right...it does make you think. I loved it.

The cast was on Oprah recently (thanks to Jadapit for telling me about it!), and, it was just as thought-provoking as the movie. Don Cheadle is hugely intelligent, and, I am beginning to think he's one of my favorite actors. I still haven't seen Hotel Rwanda, though, and, from what I've heard, that's one of his best performances.

Two films over the weekend.
Monster-in-Law - I was bored to tears by half-way through and didn't watch any more.
Racing Stripes - Very entertaining.

The last movie I watched (I think) was Elizabethtown. I thought is was alright, but greatly lacking.

Have any of you watched Pay it Foward? It is an excellent movie. Helen Hunt is in it. Remember her from Mad about you? It is a real *tear jerker*

Saw 2. VERY, VERY good movie, or at least I thought it was. The ending was excellent, better than the first one. There was a lot of blood and gore, so if you don't like that I would suggest that you don't see it.

I might go see it again. hehe.

I really liked Serenity too. I've not seen Firefly, but my friend has told me how great of a show it is (was). It originally aired on Fox and that channel doesn't come in at my house, so we never got to see it. It now reruns on the Scifi channel, but can't see it as I don't have cable.

I can't wait to see "Walk The Line" , it isn't out for a few more weeks though.
