I too have to say Gordon Setters!! Especially since Duncan resembles one!! My aunt and uncle rescue gordon setters and have for 40 years now so I have grown up with them...they are sweet gorgeous dogs.

I would go with a Red & White! I grew up with one, when I was born, the dog was 9 years old, and when I was 2 years old, he turned 11 years old - and sadly died His name was JJ

AWW thanks Dab_20 and boxer babe. T.j. is a sweetie pie, And to answer your question about setter behavior, most irish setter's are clown and hard to train, read and white setters, lewellion and english setters, have the same behavior, scared of everything, beutiful, love men and love to please, gorden setters i am not familar with, i've never had them but the lewellion, english red and white, and irish setter's i have grew up with.
Thanks so much Ashley for the siggy!
