I'm glad to hear that Angeleyes surgery went well.
Keep a kitten still for 6 weeks. Good luck with that one. She is in good hands.

Angel is still doing well. It does appear that she rearranged one of her belly staples though, so I am going to ask if she can be looked at tomorrow. Her incision still looks absolutely wonderful, but if the staple IS moved it might not heal or close properly.

She does not really use the leg yet, not sure if that is to be expected or not, but she gets around.

Also, being such a sucker, I couldn't stand the thought of that girl going through so many weeks cage time without a proper bed. Somehow laying on a towel just did NOT seem appropriate. So I bought her a special little bed that fits very nicely in the cage and she is now looking a whole lot more comfortable.

(and just for the record, I do NOT even buy my own kitties cat beds. )

Oh Jen, you are such a softie. How sweet of you to buy AngelEyes her own widdle bed and I agree, it's much better than just a towel.

Exactly what I thought, Barbara! How many vets would take the time to make such a special little cast - it's adorable! I'm so glad the surgery went well and she's doing well post-op....except for the zipper realignment!
