A big hello to our very pretty, black, and shiny, DOTD, Tillie!! Bless your loving family for saving you little girl. After such a terrible start, it is amazing how loving and trusting you are towards anyone. Your forever family has given you the wonderful life you deserve. What a great story. We know you can't replace the beautiful Tara but it sure sounds like you're doing a super job of filling some of that void. No doubt that Tara had a paw in saving you and gently guided you into the lives of your new companions. Tara is indeed smiling at the RB, knowing what a great job she did.
