hates bad ppl...oh they should get put on a island away from everyone else.

I really hope these 4weeks go fast i really want him, and im so close to having enough to pay for him just need $171.31 and he is paid for. and then i have to get some money for toys and bowels and all the good junk from petco. as i was goin my math i should have $178 around there to spend at petco. i'm goin to do that the weekend before he comes home, oh i cant wait. yep i should have the money to get him fixed and i will be going through alot of pics since he is goin to be my spoiled lil' boy. i just hope my collie doesnt get to jealous.

well i kinda have a slight problem and dont know how to face it. I have a rough blue merle collie sleep in my bedroom, her bed, toys and one bowel is in my room and she sleeps in there. Well when i get Kirby all his stuff will be in my room and they said try not to get his stuff and her stuff confused (chihuahua's for dummies book) so he doesnt think everything belongs to him. so should i kick her out, i dont really want to but she is the familys dog even if i take care of her and she loves me most. so confused, i dont want her to think i hate her, but i dont want her to hurt Kirby or something if she stepped on him. she is really friendly with other dogs and cats, but she hasnt had one that was around all the time and takin up her masters time. .....what to do?

Honestly, separate toys for each dog in my house has never worked. They always end up stealing eachother's but it's never been a problem since, to a dog a toy is just a toy and they all pretty much do they same thing. As far as the Jealousy of your Collie, try your best to give them both equal amounts of attention. I wouldn't make your Collie leave your bedroom, as that's the place she's used to and likes to be. It just wouldn't be fair. My mom kept out passed Rottweiler and Tia in the same room when she was a young puppy and they were just fine together, my Rottie seemed to know that Tia (at the time was maybe 2 pounds) was tiny and she couldn't play roughly with her or anything. Some people's opinions will differ on this but that's how I feel, hopefully what I said all made sense....

I would love to see pics of your collie, what is her name? I think you should let her stay in your room. If you are worried about leaving them alone together, put one in a crate or playpen while you're gone.

i have to take some, she is a blue merle rough collie and she doesnt have much fur she has a thing called hot spots where she has to wear a cone some times. but her name is Sophie, i think i will let her in my room she only stays there in during the night while kirby will be in there all the time.
