I know-it's so heartbreaking.
Today I went to the Humane Society. I was browsing through the dogs there and I walked by this one dog and took a doubletake-it was a dog that was a regular at the boarding kennel I worked at. Of course I know the dog pretty personally-he's annoying, dosen't walk on a leash, and so help you god if he got loose. But he's also 11 years old and not housetrained-he also looks pretty wierd considering hes a basset/aussie mix. So his chances of getting adopted are very slim. I feel so bad for him though.
