    Stupid question -- is Jonah deaf in that ear? Or is that a myth with white cats?? OR am I just seeing wrong and his eyes aren't two different colors? Hehe. He is ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS. Definitely the prettiest white cat I've ever seen.

    Not a stupid question at all!

    I do think he's deaf on that side, but not on the other. (blue eye side: deaf)

    That's what I'd thought! I'd always heard that on pure white cats if they have one blue eye they're deaf in that ear, but I've never actually seen one.

    80% of solid white blue eyed cats are deaf. I have one that's in the 20 percent. Kasha hears just fine, especially if the noise is a can of food opening.
