I've lost weight once before and that is exactly what it took for me... along with the salads, fruits and vegetables of which you spoke.

I've been trying to cheat the Goddess of Weights and Measurements by not going the same route (I love my ice cream), but the Goddess will not be tricked. I know what has to be done, just have to be psychologically ready to make it a priority. And if what one does is not working, one has to be ready to crank it up another notch. A little less food...a little more exercise.
