Christmas Card Swap

I just went and bough a bunch of supplies. I bought enough to make 50 cards, so hopefully that'll be enough since there's still a bit until deadline. If I end up with more i'll probably make some for family and friends.

I'm just doing them with what supplies I have.. So far each one is different. I'm going to get pictures printed to go inside them. I've got about 15 of them decorated so far.

2) I'd like to participate but I can be a little lame in the creativity department, how fancy/creative do people get?

You can sign up. People can get very creative and some buy cards. Do whatever you would like to and feel comfortable with. It's a lot of fun. Just remember, you have to send a card to everyone on the list.

I'm so excited! I went last night and got all kinds of little things on sale. Now I just have to get a Christmas picture of Finn. I'm so glad I get to do the swap this year!!! Yay!

Exactly as Val said - the cards can be store-bought, homemade, fancy or plain - anything! It's just for plain old fun, which for some means being creative, yet other blanche at the thought of glitter - the variety of people and cards is just part of the fun!

I just wanted to thank everyone who I've received cards from so far, they are all lovely. I have all of them hanging up in my cubicle at work-I get comments about them all the time!

They are the one thing that when I am down, I can look at and remember that I do have friends. This season is especially hard for me as I will be spending my first Christmas alone. But I can always count on PT'ers for support, love, and friendship.

I hit the jack pot to day 5 cards and my ( first mailed) from over seas Thanks Captain. I have mixed feelingas about listing whom I have receved from it could embarrass the ones not sending out after signing up but Then I would like to know if my cards got there. I did mail out to every one, I made a post card so who knows if po got it all there. Please if you didn't receive one PM me the out of country should be there by now.
