I can't remember how old your dog is, but I'm assuming he's a puppy. In which case, it's perfectly normal. Puppies loose their baby teeth between 5-8 months usually, sometimes a little earlier, sometimes a little later. The puppy tooth will fall out, likely in a few days. If it doesn't, you might want to get your vet to give it a little tug, but it's nothing to worry about.
