Do You Ever Regret Things You Have Done In The Past,

I almost never harbor regrets...there is no use, since I can't change things. But...I do regret trusting my ex, after so many signs that he wasn't trustworthy, and the pregnancy that resulted from that trust.

Of course there are things I regret...but I also know that I regret those things only because I've become wiser through experence. It's easy to say "Well I would have done..." now because I've lived through the experence whereas at the time when I made the regretable dicision, I didn't have the experence or the knowledge to make the "right" decision.

I do know and believe in my heart that everything happens for a reason and everything good and bad is part of Gods master plan. Harboring and dwelling on regret to me seems like a waste of energy. I always try (although sometimes I fail, but I am only human) to learn from things and move on, hopefully learning well enough not to make the same mistakes again.

Every event in my life has shaped who I am. I can only love me as me, as God loves me as me.

Of course i have regrets, but it ry not to dwell to much as it is depressing .

everyone have regrets not sayin u dont have regrets is like sayin ur perfect and we know nobody i mean nobody is perfect. I regret living every day since i'm abused at home. and cant leave till jan

I kinda see what you're saying, but, have to say that I don't necessarily agree. Saying you don't mistakes is more like saying you're perfect. But, saying you don't regret your mistakes is not the same at all. Like I said, I don't really regret many of the mistakes I've made in my life because they have shaped me into the person I am, and, the person I will be. I've made plenty of mistakes, and, will continue to do so, but, as long as I learn from them and try not to make them again, I can honestly say that I don't regret them. Just my two cents.

I think everyone regrets something they have done/said whether it be it in the past or in the present.

If it were possible to go back through time, I would change my whole teenagehood. That is one of my biggest regrets.

But oh well, life goes on...
