    Gini, I was just thinking about the rest of your house and especially the importance of your back office. If the plumbers are coming back, could they possibly do an "all round" inspection to see if there are any other potential problems. Then you can get those fixed/replaced at the same time. It may not be covered, but why not be proactive.

    ...and speaking of your office, do you do regular PC backups?? Sorry, it's the IT coming out in me...

    Gini....update please???? What's happening????? When do you expect your house to be "normal" again with all the repairs/replacements done?
