I don't think they keep much track, we've gotten more than one.

*edit* .. Wait.. the e-mail says:

"You should receive your free Greenies® in the mail in 2-3 weeks. If it’s been more than 4 weeks and you haven’t received your free sample, please send an e-mail to [email protected]."

OHHH you're right, maybe I should wait one more week just to be sure and then drop them a line.

I do know it has taken more than what they say for them to come in. However, if it never does, no harm done? It was free. :P Wish shipping was cheaper cause we have Greenies up the ying-yang!

LOL I hope they dont keep track, they give you coupons, too

They even include your pets name in the little letter they send with it!! LOL it took a long time to get mine...
