My friend got quite a kick out of the kitty mention. She said to tell you though, that would be "kitty evacuees" not "kitty refugees".
I just thought maybe the dogs would be kinder if they thought of 'em as refugees! But I guess they aren't getting the chance to herd them anyway!!!!
