Bailey's not afraid of storms but she is afraid of everything else...the printer, paper cutter, hole puncher, fly swatter, etc. I always baby her to death because I feel bad that she's so scared.

Guess I've been doing it all wrong!
It's the hardest thing to do! When we got our first timid dog, I coddled him for months and Franklin made no progress. Then a musher friend told me to act like I expected Franklin to act. No more babying him, no more forcing affection on him ect. If Franklin wanted anything he had to come to me for it. I felt like the world's biggest meanie! But it did work. Franklin is a different dog now than he was back then.
