Does she look like a pure bred? I think she does and she has all of the personaility traits of a typical Rott, but she's sooooooo tiny. There's no doubt in my mind though that Ki is Rottie now. They have a very, very similar build.
How does your dad like her?

She looks Rotti to me, but her size is what's making me think she might be mixed. Maybe she isn't full grown yet? Aww, heck, I'm no expert.
