A young couple in our family have a black Newfie called Jaek & he actually was born in New Zealand, coming to Australia when he was abuut 5 years old.
When Jaek lived in New Zealand, his family's home was beside a National Park that tourists walked thro'. One day Jaek wandered into this park & his family went looking for him. They found him when they heard a woman tourist scream to her husband, "Honey, help! There's a bear." Yep, it was Jaek!
