IF PEOPLE WERE RESPONSIBLE AND SPAYED/NEUTERED THEIR ANIMALS, WE WOULDN'T NEED POUNDS. Not enough money is given to running pounds and there are far too many animals than their are possible homes. It makes me sick that 11 millions dogs and cats are euthanized each year because people wouldn't spend the $60 to spay/neuter.
