They are young....I'm sure they are both just extremely frightened and scared from being alone on the streets. They may have been abused too. I hope you will not put them down, give them a chance. Is there a room, pen, dog run or something you could house them in away from your other dogs for now?
I agree 110% you don't know what these little angels have gone through. They need to be given a chance. Once they realize you don't mean to harm them they will come around.
