I'm jealous of all those handsome collars! Star and Sherman have very boring collars , Star's is purple and Sherman's is black, because I buy the metal closures for outside/strong dogs. The designer collars seem to have plastic closures, but those have broken on me twice, so no more. I tried the no-closure husky sled collars but they are too hard to adjust and a bit wider (messed up Sherman's fur).
Both dogs have their county, rabies, & name tags- you can see Star's pretty red heart tag in her pics) Sherman's includes the words IMPAIRED VISION, just in case he gets lost and people wonder why he's freaking out if they try to reach for his head.
I think all handicapped pets should have a tag with their disability on it so people are aware of it in case they do get lost.

All your doggies' collars are so pretty!! Anita has a common red collar, since she was a puppy. I like red with her fur, it's a great color for her...

Is that a belt? Edit: Heh, just noticed the dog on the box, but it looks really big to be a collar for your pup.

This is the collar we've been using lately.

I want to buy her an Autumn collar, though. Nothing much is on it other than her ID tag and her license and rabies. With the above collar, she also has her hibiscus charm.

That isn't the collar she has on right this instant, but one very similar. I couldn't get a good picture of it because she's a little on the shaggy side right now.

I apologize, I should have said that in my previous post.

Giselle, what a great site! Giselle always has on the prettiest collars - her long elegant neck is perfect for showing them off! I love those wide greyhound collars, lots of room for patterns.

Oh no no no, I didn't mean to offend you! I just noticed the length was all. Put the picture back up!!! If the collar looks like the belt, your pup must be very spoiled! LOL, actually, one of Giselle's collar is a cherry Abercrombie belt. You can see it on ClassicHound's website, hahaha.
And thank you cyber-sibes. With such a long neck, you just have to obsess over how to adorn it.

No offense taken. I don't know what happened to the pic??

But yes, she's very spoiled. Rotten as a matter of fact. She has a jacket to match.

I have imposed my Coach fettish on my little girl. Bad momma.

ooo collar buying is an obsession of mine. right now brock is wearing this one:

    and alki this one:

she actually doesnt have a tag of her own yet, that is brocks, but Im going to get her a skill & crossbones of her own one of these days. she has her own license, and the phone number is the same so who cares. lol brock has like 3 name tags. haha

and I recently ordered Alki a new collar which just arrived today!:

the flash bleaches it out a bit, its a minty green.

and here is another of hers with her name:

and then here are their others:

the red with the bones is brock's other regular collar. brock has a couple others that I couldnt find that he doesnt wear anymore. the collar he had when I adopted him, and one thats too big.

oh and I bought this collar:

online for alki a couple weeks ago but they sent me the wrong color and I havent heard back from them about it..

Veegan, if you're obsessed with regular buckle collars, my suggestion to you is to NOT get a short-haired sighthound!

haha if I had a sighthound Id get a martingale! let me rephrase that, WHEN I get a sighthound. I forget the website.. but I love those gorgeous thick martingales with the beautiful gold accents. at work Ive seen a greyhound, a basenji, and a hound/lab mix all with that type of collar- beautiful!
