What a epicural delight for your dogs! Logan gets kibble mixed with a bit of canned. Since her skin was dry and drandruffy when I got her, I started dribbling her food with extra virgin olive oil and a itsy amount of warm water. Mix it all together and to her, yum, yum!
[COLOR=indigo]She'll eat some fruits as a treat, a rawhide bone every night to keep her pearly whites and lastly, a 1/2 cup of plain Rice Krispies ("Rrr Rrr's " is what she asks for like clockwork) as a bedtime snack. God forbid I'm behind schedule![/COLOR
] Not to ramble, but the chicken brought back wonderful memories. My mom insisted (when we got Cody) that dog food was too boring so she would boil an entire package of expensive boneless, skinless split chicken breasts and we'd cut some up for him with the broth (seasoned with celery). It'd be Ok if we had sandwiches but the dog had to have his chicken! I don't do that with Logan, but everytime I make chicken for the humans, I think of how dedicated my mom was that Cody got his chicken!
