Ok hon, just stay safe.Thanks for the concern, but I've already talked to my doctor about it. When you're extremely overweight, weight can fall off of you at first. When I stick to a diet, I can lose weight very quickly - it's not having the right food that gets me. She said not to go under 1200 calories a day or it WOULD be unhealthy. However, I am eating about every 3-4 hours, small things to eat![]()
