not to worry you, i would take him to the vet immediatly. i had a 7 year old cocker who did the EXACT same thing. she didn't want to go on walks. didn't have much of an appetite, then she stopped eating totally. she died a couple weeks later. that prolly isn't what your dog has, concidering she is soo young, but go just to make sure.
