Animals naturally thin themselves out. When there is overpopulation with starvation and disease many die and balance reoccurs. Humans are so afraid of death that we have the strictest rules and laws against natural thinning. We keep ourselves alive and others through whatever means we can and we work more and more technology to keep us alive longer. Hmmm... Not the dogs' faults that there are too many two-leggers for the earth to handle. Then again,which of us has a right to choose who lives and who dies. The ability to comprehend "morals" has stripped us of the natural thinning process.
