An update:

She started acting better on Monday (eating more, more alert, etc) so I put off calling the vet. However, she's still a bit off-balance so I called today.

Long story short, he feels I should watch her until Monday. If there's no improvement, I'm to haul her back in (oh, she'll just love that ) and, obviously, if she gets worse I'm to call them immediately.

He seems to think that she might have a bit of an ear ache from the cleaning. He said that he's read (but never had) instances of cats reacting weirdly to the medicine they use to "knock 'em out," but the drug/brand he uses has the lowest side-effects, so he's not too concerned with that at this point.

Right now it's just "wait and see."

The scab on her nose fell off this morning. She's eating better -not like she was but definetly better- and she attacked her brother today, so she's starting to return to "normal." (For the most part, the purrs are gone too - but we're hanging onto the cuddly trait! )
