What's on your dog's collar? *post a pic*

Our dog park key and tag finally came so we can go to the dog park! Niño will love it. As I was putting it on and putting on his new charm I bought him on vacation yesterday, I thought it would be interesting to have everyone post a picture of their dog's collar and what is on it. Niño takes every oportunity to run off so his is on at all times but washing. It is Premier brand and the thinner size in the design called Celtic Rainbow. It is his 4th or so. He had his leather one that comes with all adoptions at the ACS for about 3 years and then I started buying more because they were so cool. He had a leather one that I said would be his perminent one but it irritated him so I got a cool one. It was a yellow nylon one with a strip of hollographic arrows that I was finally going to make his perminent one but it well off at the dog park because the buckle was heavy and it was buckled too loose. I loved that one because yellow looks best on him. I then found this one and made it final.
Rabies tag, ID tag (4 lines), Dog park tag, and a "DOES'T BITE" charm, because everyone always asks if he bites. Subcontously, they think, (he has tick marks, which look like spots) "Spots=dalmatian=BYBer=bad temperment" which is really sad and annoying.

That's the dog park tag. The red says "Beck Lake Dog Park Member" or something like that. oh, and there is a tree in the middle.

my crayola's collar is kinda boring...lol. he can't have a 'special' collar because he needs to have his service dog collar to stay on. it's all neon orange, reflection - with a gold bass on with service/legal numbers on in case of emergencies.

now I wonder, have anyone ever seen a dog with multi-collars? hmmm...

rest and sleep softly sweet locke..

Ginger has the same collar as Nino. I thought it was really pretty. The only tags she has on it is her township registration tag and an ID tag. She used to have a charm that said "Good girl" but we lost it. I like Nino's "doesn't bite" charm.

Here's what Finn's collar had on it. Unfortunately, on our patio, there are some grates that he kept getting the tags stuck in. He would pull and twist until the keychain loop would come off, and, it and all his tags would fall off through the grate. It happened a couple of times, and, so, we stopped leaving his collar on when he's just chilling on the patio. But, the cute little chinese (or is it japanese?) character was lost outside somewhere, I don't know how. I was so bummed. It was the symbol for "Long life" and it was engraved on one side of the character, I think that side is showing in this picture, but, it's too small to read. His name tag with our phone number and address is the bone one, and, the blue one is his rabies tag. He doesn't wear the collar inside anymore because of the grate thing on the patio...so, his collar just stays attached to the leash. But, I get nervous that he may escape one day or something from the house or patio, so, my friend is going to embroider his name and our phone number on a collar to wear all the time. So, he'll have two collars on his walks outside once we do that.

I love the spiffy collars, they look cool! The Hamilton ones are nice colors, like some new horse halters I have seen! I love Finn's charm, are you going to look for a new one?

I hope to! I got it in Dallas, so, when I visit, I'm making a stop at that store. They had a lot of cute things...

I have have pics lol but Happy's main collar is bright red with refective white paw prints around it, and the only tag on it is her ID tag. Mistys is black with rainbow coloured smiley faces and she has only ever had 1 tag, which is her ID tag. Perkys is just plain ol blue/green with her ID tag and city licence tag. Ripley is wearing his tagless flyball collar for now, as his tagged collar broke. his flyball collar is black with funky colourfull designs on it, and his tagged collar is light blue and had his ID tag and city licence. Blair has a plain green collar and he has never had any tags.

I love looking at different kinds of collars
Frisk doesn't wear one, mainly because his head is too small, they come right off. But when we take him on a walk, he wears his black harness (the simple kind you get from wal-mart ) with his rabies vaccination tag on it.
Ethan ALWAYS wears his, mostly because we signed a paper when adopting saying that he would have a collar on at all times. He has about three different collars. We switch off every once in a while.
The old one is a maroon-ish color, that we got from Petco the day we adopted him. I think the brand is "Aspen Pet" or something like that.

^Ethan in his old collar, about 2-3 weeks after we adopted him.

His second one was a present for him when we had taken my grandmum to Springfeild, MO for her Chemo. I've been to Bass Pro tons of times but this time, I decided to get him an orange collar. The brand is "Remington".

^Ethan in his orange collar, sitting for a treat.

The one he has on now is his latest.... mum got it for him at Petco a while back when she was getting him a muzzle(for when he gets his nails clipped). Its a burgundy-ish color, the brand is "Circle T".

^His last color we bought him.

His collar always has his rabies vaccination tag on it, and his NAFA(Northeast Arkansas For Animals) tag.
I plan on buying him another one pretty soon.
