I didn't say you did. I was just trying to answer your question as best I can and telling you what I would do.
Even if you didn't recieve someone out of the country, what if your package was to get lost in the mail and you had to buy and send a new one? Just one of the things that *may and could* happen that need to be thought about, by everyone.
