It is part of the questionnaire. You get asked whether you would mind sending overseas.

yes..you see, I do not mind but like, what if I get to be picked for oversea or not. I wonder whaat kay/amy would do if non-overseas didn't even out though..

if I said yes but kay/amy already picked others people who don't mind oversea shipping then they wouldn't need me. I'd feel rude if I said I mind!! but shippping cost don't seem so bad!

Amy and I do the best we can to fit everyone's needs, but we sometimes can't. Honest, if price is that much of an issue i'd save up and wait for next time around.

I didn't say you did. I was just trying to answer your question as best I can and telling you what I would do.
Even if you didn't recieve someone out of the country, what if your package was to get lost in the mail and you had to buy and send a new one? Just one of the things that *may and could* happen that need to be thought about, by everyone.
