Niño has loose skin on his neck (forgot what that was called) and it bunches off so his is loose enough for him to slip out of it but I would never dream of attaching a lead to it! It is only for ID, he wears a prong outside the house. (and still pulls hard)
edited to add he will take any and every opportunity to run away so ID is a must and of course he is chipped too.
