Lightning's eyes have been doing that, too, but it's not white, it hardens into a dark color beside his eyes. But he doesn't sneeze or cough. His tail is also constantly moving, too, often when he's looking for birds. I call him a dog for doing it, and he slows down or stops, but a few moments later it's high speed again.
