I just came home and read the update and everyone's loving, caring messages, to which I add my own. This is a very precious, special and private heartache time for you and you are brave to share it with us. If it sustains you, please know that most, if not all of us have been through this at some time and are feeling our own pain again alongside you and I am trying to send feelings of support across the airwaves. Sasha, rest quietly with Mamma and bask in her love and caresses. Her heart is broken into a million pieces so that you may take some of it with you when you leave. Look out for a naughty blue point Siamese with a loud purr at the Rainbow Bridge. She will come to meet you. Tell her I still love her and think of her and treasure the memories of our last day together. Along with all the others who have gone before, she will show you all the sunny spots, the special places where the butterflies flutter about, where all the tastiest treats are to be found, and introduce you to the PetCare Angels who cuddle and stroke and play with you. It will be lovely there, lovelier than you can ever imagine. You will feel well, have the energy to frisk and frolic, and the appetite to enjoy the nectar of the gods in that wonderful place.
