Marigold is doing pretty good. I was petting her last night and she was rubbing against meand purring. However when I came homw from work, I was
checking where she was and left the door open then my feline greeting committee came in and upset her. I'm givinger plenty of time to relax and rest She'll come around. May I have a DOTD? A double!

I'll take one of those DOTDs; I just had to teach another "scientist" how to run an instrument that she was SUPPOSED to know how to run! She blows off work, doesn't call in...oh, well. It's beastly hot and I feel like a nasty beast! (Or is that a messybeast? )

Yesterday I was a bit crook unfortunately. (You take your life in your own hands when ordering a chicken sandwich someplace new ) So I kind of spent the evening watching cricket on TV, and running to the loo.
Feeling better today though. , and I'm having a birthday dinner party tomorrow, which I'm serving;
Trev's stuffed Onions, on a bed of jasmine rice, with white wine sauce.
Mains: Slow cooked Pepper Steak & hokkoan noodles, plus for the chicken only eaters, Honey Pineapple chicken.
Dessert: I was going to do a raspberry sorbet, with chocolate shavings and fresh cream, but one of our friends is bringing strawberry cheesecake, for which I am just a sucker for.
So in my bleary state on Sunday I shall let everyone know how it all went.
