Just got a call from Bean Town too - my little niece is bored. You know how it is when you are eleven and summer is hot.......and your friends are all away.
AWWWWW, I can just hear it now "Auntie Gini, how many days will it be til you arrive?? Please, please, can't you come over now??"
I remember when my nieces were that small. Every time I visited, they each has something for me. A bracelet, a drawing, or some small trinket that they bought for me. I still have them all and treasure them to this day. Gee, this brings a tear to my eye.
Debbie, thanks for your explanation. I couldn't have said it better myself.
Julie, nice to see you in dry pants for a change. (Gee, will you ever live it down??)
I'm just going to say a DONE! for everyone else...work is busy this morning. Will check back this afternoon.
Laurie, thanks for checking in Sis and I'll expect an email when you return home and get settled.
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, champagne in one hand and strawberries in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and screaming WOO HOO - What a Ride!
