That's true - it seems that bullfighting is a major obstacle in issuing a new law . The outraging fact here is that lots of people (Spanish people, of course -> something is changing) have already signed asking the Parliament to discuss about Animal Rights, and still politicians pay no attention to that !!!
Cockfighting is banned here, and not popular at all.
