What did ya'll pray for? The Kissiemonster has turned into a P-U-R-R-B-O-X!! ( - and thanks! lol) I've only heard her purr 3 times before - she only does it when she's SUPER happy.

I know, I know... it's just the drugs right?

I agree it does seem like they gave her too much anesthesia but then again, it'd been less than 24hrs since the surgery. So ??

We're walking better - still a bit stumbly but not falling down like before. She'll spend tonight in the crate though as I don't want to risk her jumping on/off my bed, during the night.

I fed her when I came home from work - we finished off the opened tin that Aunt Kelly gave us. I just offered her another tin (different flavor) and she turned it down. (That's normal - she's a PICKY eater.)

Except for immediately after her homecoming, she hasn't used the box. I think she's a bit dehydrated, so I've been mixing water in with the wet food.

I tried to get some "owie" pictures but I'm not sure they'll turn out - will upload them in just a bit. That's our update for right now.

If I wasn't so sure, I'd check to make sure you got the right "kissie" back!
Actually, if I were in your shoes, I'd probably cry happy tears at the sound! She sure must be happy to be back home in Meowmie's loving arms.

Continued prayers coming from me and looking forward to some good news when those test results come back.

    {{{hugs}}} from me too...

    An owie pic...

I have a video of her acting goofy but I'm not sure I know how to post it. Will probably attempt it tomorrow, though - I've got a headache that's making me sick to my stomach.

Thanks so much for all your prayers and "check-in's."

Tune in tomorrow for another update!

Well, I sure hope the morning sun finds you both feeling lots better!!!

I'm sure K'Cee was so thrilled to be home, she purred her little heart out!!!

    WHAT? No bandaid?

You may have started something here. Now that missy kissie has had a nose job, she may want other "enhancements".

More (((HUGS))) for you both! Hope your head feels better today.

    And the email says....

    Good evening K'Cee,

Got your histopathology report back this morning and it is a good report.
The nasal lesion was diagnosed as a lentigo.

Lentigo is a benign proliferation of melanocytes that is generally limited to the top layer of the skin (epidermis) resulting in a raised plaque-like lesion. The prognosis is favorable.

The primary concern of these types of lesions is to differentiate them from malignant melanomas by way of biopsy as we did here. Again, there were no signs of malignancy found so we have a very good prognosis.

    Dr. N

We celebrated with more purrs ( ), happy feet (yet another new trait), and a nap (can't kick this headache - yuck).

Yay! Thank you guys for all the prayers!

(an older pic but one I don't think ya'll have seen)

Tonya, I'm so glad to hear that K'Cee is going to be fine. Now hopefully you'll be able to get rid of your headache. If you have allergies, it may be a sinus headache. Please take care.
