Oh that is so cute. I think they are too young (well Frankie is anyway) to be fighting for pack position right now. Puppy play helps to teach a puppy what is acceptable behavior, I think they are just playing and having fun. It is so cute to see how well they get along, Beenie is such a good big sister.
